Spring Break 2011 - São Paulo or Seoul?

Tough choice to make. I have an opportunity to have couple weeks off this Spring and have been eagerly trying to decide where to travel this time. Last year's "spring break" I spent 3 weeks in Mexico and Cuba so this year the pressures are high again. Both South Korea and Brazil are good options to travel Spring time but somehow so different. In both of the cities I have a Finnish friend doing his/her study abroad exchange semester.

Pros and cons:

Seoul (Tickets from EUR 550)
+ Cheaper flight
+ Shorter flight and a possibility to a non-stop flight with Finnair
+ Great shopping possibilities
+ Interesting culture and a huge metropolitan city
+ Good local friends
+ April is the time to be in Seoul, Cherry Blossom Festival
+ Good destination for a one-week trip
+ English is spoken (edit: actually not that easy to use English :P)
- Expensive city
- No guaranteed "free" accommodation (I'm not used to paying for it =) )

 Seoul

São Paolo (Flights from EUR 800)
+++ Sun
+ A possibility for a chilling and relaxing holiday
+ Cheaper price level (edit: São Paolo is rather an expensive city though)
+ A possibility to travel around Brazil
+ Interesting culture, cities and places
+ Probably not that often chances for a new Brazil trip
- Not good for a one-week trip, 2 weeks better
- Long flight
- No local friends (but still a Finnish friend)
- Language (English not that much spoken which makes travelling alone rather difficult)

Brazil

Difficult. I hope I can make some decision, otherwise I will stay in Europe.
